Treatment sessions last for approximately 30 minutes. some treatment techniques last longer, you will be advised of this by the physiotherapist.
A 50% charge MAY be levied for missed appointments. Patients are asked to cancel appointments by telephone with at least half a days notice. This allows the appointment time to be re-used or the clinic list re-arranged.

It is our policy to issue an invoice following every treatment, or every fourth treatment, depending upon our patients' wishes. Payments can be made via cash, cheque, maestro or credit card.
HEALTH INSURANCE
The Practice is registered with all the major private insurers and can invoice directly for those patients with private medical cover. Personal injury claimants will need a written instruction from either their solicitor or medical agency for an account to be opened.
Patients are kindly requested to check the terms and conditions of their Health Insurance Policy, as the Practice cannot be held for any refusal/non payment of claims sent to the Insurance Company
