We require 24 hours notice of a cancelation, you may be charged 50% failure to give 24 hours or if failed to attend.

All treatment needs to be agreed by your insurance company before an appointment is made. We also require membership numbers and authorisation codes if these aren’t provided you will be required to pay for your treatment.
